Learn How to be a Ventriloquist!

"Rave reviews about your "Exploring Your Imagination" program from
both students and teachers."

- Kingsbury School

Here is a powerful reading and writing program that is funny, yet very educational. Award winning children's author Richard Paul demonstrates the benefits of reading and writing, and challenges students to discover the creativity that lies within them. His goal is to excite students about reading and writing by illustrating how those skills play a major role when creating and producing a television show, movie, or stage play.

"If someone doesn't read the script it's just a bunch of papers with marks on them!"

With the help of his puppet friends and volunteers from the audience, Richard narrates his latest book, "Red Riding Hood Races the Big Bad Wolf," to illustrate how easy it is to take an old story and transform it into a new and funny original tale.

" Richard Paul's rendition of "Little Red Riding Hood" is refreshing."
- Parent Advisory Committee, The Detroit Institute for Children

As an added bonus, a student and teacher are selected to act out the characters in one of Richard's short stories, "No Veggies For Me." Richard purposely leaves out the ending and invites the audience to explore their imagination to help create the conclusion to the story.

This program is great for students from 1st to 6th grades and can be easily structured to fit with any reading or writing theme.
