Conflict Resolution for Students
It's OK to Walk Away is an engaging program that teaches students what conflict is and gives them simple, practical tools they can use to prevent misunderstandings from escalating and successfully work through everyday conflicts.
Richard combines ventriloquism, motivational stories, humor and audience interaction to deliver an important message in a way students can understand and remember.
Students learn how to take a moment to pause, consider their choices and respond appropriately — helping them avoid unnecessary conflict and make better decisions.
They come to understand that they can't avoid every conflict, and they leave with the skills and the confidence to handle conflict before it handles them.

I Feel Good is a high-energy motivational program designed to help students develop positive behavior skills, build self-confidence, and learn how to respect themselves and others.
The program focuses on five core positive behavior skills:

Exploring Your Imagination
A Fun "March Is Reading Month" Program
Exploring Your Imagination is a fun, interactive March Reading Month program designed to inspire students to discover the power of reading and the incredible worlds that come to life through their imagination.
Richard combines ventriloquism, magic, humor and lots of audience participation to make reading exciting, memorable and relevant to students' everyday lives.
The program explores an important idea: so many of the things we enjoy begin with reading. Video games, television shows, movies, theater productions and countless other experiences all start with words, ideas and stories.
Students discover how reading lets them stretch their imagination, explore new worlds, discover new ideas and become inspired to create experiences of their own. They are encouraged to make reading a daily habit — not just because it matters in school, but because it helps us learn, grow, think creatively, understand the world and develop a more positive outlook on life.

Stop the Bullying
Understanding Bullying, Building Confidence, Creating Safer Schools
Stop the Bullying is an engaging school program that helps students understand what bullying is, how it affects others, and what they can do to help create a safe and respectful school environment.
Students learn the important difference between bullying and everyday conflict, along with what it means to be a bully, a target and a bystander. The program gives students practical positive behavior skills they can use to prevent bullying, respond appropriately, and report concerns when they occur.
The program also encourages students to take responsibility for their own behavior. If a student recognizes that they may be engaging in bullying behavior, they learn that asking for help is a positive step, and are encouraged to talk with a counselor, principal, social worker, teacher or other trusted school staff member about making better choices.
Through an interactive and age-appropriate presentation, students learn that everyone has a role in creating a school where people feel safe, respected and included.

Students meet Ben Franklin, Thomas Jefferson's pet turtle Toby, and Henrietta the Patriotic Chicken as they travel through an entertaining adventure in American history.
Along the way they learn about the Declaration of Independence, the first three Articles of the U.S. Constitution, important moments in American history, and some fun patriotic facts.
This high-energy program combines magic, ventriloquism, music, comedy and lots of audience participation to make learning memorable — an entertaining celebration that will have students laughing, participating and learning a little more about this grand American adventure.
